Oceanpower Anti-rut Agent
Anti-rut agent is a kind of asphalt mixture additive, which is composed of multi polymers. Through effects of cementation, reinforcing, embedment, and deformation recovery, anti-rut agent can dramatically improve the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture, meanwhile; enhance the water stability and low temperature crack resistance of the mixture.

Compared with modified asphalt and traditional asphalt additive, the obvious advantages of anti-rut agent are as follows:
1 Superior Performance
The high temperature stability, moisture damage resistance and low temperature crack resistance of common asphalt mixture can be dramatically improved after adding 0.3%-0.5% anti-rut agent.
2 High performance price ration
Compared with traditional craft of pitch modification, anti-rut agent can be directly dropped into mixing cylinder and mixed with aggregates. No extra special equipments are needed. Energy consumption can be obviously decreased during the production process of asphalt mixture and poor storage stability of modified asphalt can be avoided.
3 No influence to mix proportion
No matter how much the dosage of anti-rut is, the gradation of the asphalt mixture remains unchanged and fine adjustment of oil stone ration is needed.
4 Simple construction technology
Directly dropped into mixing cylinder, only need to properly prolong the mixing time and increase construction temperature. There is no influence to mixing, spreading and compaction.
5 Controllability of dosage
The dosage of anti-rut agent can be adjusted according to the expected level of rutting resistance.
